Is the crypto market euphoric already? Not yet, I would say... I remember the "good old times" of FTX, LUNA, and BAYC, and the temper in crypto is not even close to that... However, there are quite a few so-called analysts who claim that $20,000 and even lower levels for BTC are on the cards.
Man, everything is possible in this market. In 2019-2020, Bitcoin went from $3,000 to $14,000 and back to $4,000, but we had the COVID black swan at that time. Does that mean that we will have one once again? Maybe, or maybe not... So far though, BTC is a mere 2x from its lowest low of 2022. It still lags 3.5x from the ATL to match its past cycle rebound time performance.
And we will have that. There are all sorts of personalities here and there talking about Bitcoin more often, and I'm not referring to TV stars or reality show chicks. Nope, I'm pointing at Larry Fink, the CEO of BlackRock, and lately RFK...
Robert Kennedy said recently that if he gets elected as the president of the US his government would exempt Bitcoin from capital gain taxes to incentivize ventures to build in the United States. The man is bold about Bitcoin and it's no surprise to me that politicians have recently started using crypto as electoral campaigns hooks.
“My plan would be to start very, very small, perhaps 1% of issued T-bills would be backed by hard currency, by gold, silver platinum or bitcoin.”
“Backing dollars and U.S. debt obligations with hard assets could help restore strength back to the dollar, rein in inflation and usher in a new era of American financial stability, peace and prosperity.”
“Non-taxable events are unreportable and that means it will be more difficult for governments to weaponize currency against free speech, which as many of you know, is one of my principal objectives.”
-RFK
These are bold statements, again, but to me, such events are no surprise. I wrote a couple of years ago in a series of posts that when the next presidential elections come, there will be certain individuals who will use Bitcoin as an electoral campaign hook. Ron DeSantis is also a pro-bitcoin candidate, but he's not that hardcore about fundamental freedom rights as Kennedy is.
In the past few years, many of our fundamental freedom rights have been trashed by governmental bodies and law enforcement, and this somehow creates a repulsion coming from the citizens towards the governments, which will ultimately direct the individual towards voting for the "most friendly wolf dressed in sheep's clothes."
I don't really know whether Kennedy is for real or not. I do know that during the COVID plandemic, he was very vocal about the atrocities that have been committed in the name of science and safety. Oh, and for the ones who still don't believe that the vaccines are harmful, yesterday a fully vaccinated acquaintance of mine died of a heart attack. He was 36...
Let's get back to Bitcoin, though... I don't know if backing the dollar with Bitcoin makes any sense. What I would do in order to boost development in this regard is encourage individuals to use crypto, to develop by using blockchain technology, accept cryptocurrency (stable and volatile ones) for their services, and so on and so forth.
The fiat-based system is not going anywhere any time soon, but that doesn't mean it has to be the only system we should use and have access to. What do you think?
Thanks for your attention,

Politics always promess things and then do something different, so time will tell about the true intentios of Kennedy if he wins.
About the case of your friend, asume that his heart attack was because the vaccine is a very bold asumption. Medical evidence show that until the moment Covid-19 vaccines are very secure and do their job of prevent covid-19 complicationd and deaths.
If you don't want vaccinated is your choice and right, but say things whitout evidence or with pseudocientific evidence is not right.
Read this:
https://thepeoplesvoice.tv/florida-to-officially-classify-mrna-covid-shots-as-illegal-bio-weapons/
1- They not show the evidence about what they are claming.
2- That is not an official law yet
3- People claim as secondary effect of the vaccine sickness that they already have before get the vaccine.
However, is obvius I will not change your mind, don't matter the medical evidences of security and eficiency of anticovid vaccines. So, have a nice day.
Problem for RFK Jr. is that 60-70 pct of all US Democratic primary voters tend to vote for what MSNBC and CNN anchors and pundits tell them to. And they will either ignore RFK Jr. or paint him as dangerous anti-vaxxer loon, Trump's "useful idiot" or traitor, as some of the Kennedy clan have already done so.
