Crypto Projects Like Hive are The Slings With Which We Go to War

"Initial reports suggest the e-rupee has failed to catch on among retail users. Worse still, bankers blasted it as an inefficient administrative burden. The Hindu Business said it offers no discernible difference with “internet-based banking that users were already satisfied with.

I hope I'm not making this statement too soon, but @edicted was right. CBDCs will fail and the news coming out of India, which was there to test such digital crap in its early stages, is proof of that. The problem with the attitude of general consumers towards CBDCs is not related to "privacy concerns", but rather usability.

I personally am more concerned about privacy and freedom than usability. I'd rather use cash for my entire life instead of the apparent convenience CBDCs offer at the moment. I am however one of the less than 5% of the inhabitants of the earth who see the threat of centralization as it is. I'm not alone in this one though.

"As Europe attempts to tackle the great challenges ahead, its choice lies between the republican way or that of bureaucratic centralism, Poland’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said during the final session of the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) summit in Warsaw.

I like the Polish people, I met a few of them and these guys are straightforward, same goes for Serbians and Hungarians, although I don't particularly like the third category.

We have crypto, though and it's here for our liberation, right? The problem with crypto is that not all blockchains are decentralized and not all crypto participants are hardcore believers of the "healing powers" such technology has. Most of us are here only for the money and that hurts...

The question that should have been addressed a long time ago is: who the fuck are the ones that we expect the regulations to come from?

I tell you who they are... They're the guys that closed an eye to the Pentagon that just failed its FIFTH audit in a row, as they were unable to account for 61% of their $3.5 trillion in assets. $800 billion annual budget... The same bastards sent billions upon billion in war aid to Ukraine after they provoked the war, much of the funds coming back to them, or "getting lost on the way to the target".

Why would anyone on earth expect any type of regulations that would benefit crypto coming from the people that have yet to arrest Sam Bankman Fried but are asking Americans to report any transfer over $600? Man, that guy stole over 10 billion and these fuckers are asking for "details on a $600 transfer". I am so triggered when I read of such things.

It's my fucking money and I can do whatever I want with it. The same goes for Hive. It's my account and I can do whatever I want with it. The fun part of Hive is that they can't touch us. There's no CEO, no bank accounts they can freeze, no way of de-platforming anyone and there's almost no limit to what this thing can produce and deliver. Hive's not gonna ever be audited or regulated ;).

There are a few blockchain projects that are built on such a foundation and it's such a pity that Hive is so undervalued and underexposed, but at the end of the day, it's fine. We're moving forward and we're at war against the establishment with Hive in our hands. Some of us take this thing for granted and don't give much shit about what's happening in the world and the direction is being charted, but believe me, Hive is a gem, and I'm not exaggerating at all.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

In my country too, such thing was tried when they saw that the interest and usage of crypto cannot be controlled. It was called e-naira. It failed too from inception. Decentralization cannot come from the very people that push for control. And the more people recognize the power of blockchains (Hive in particular), the more power they withhold
