RE: Old Habits Die Hard

in LeoFinance2 years ago

How many of us check the markets right when we wake up in the morning? I used to do it all the time.

I'm still spinning in this loop.

Oh, welcome back, the old Edicted... Haven't read one of your posts on that game series of yours and wasn't planning on reading any future one...

I like these ones better. Very informative, I actually didn't know your maximum testosterone levels are around 9:00 AM.

Oh, and you mentioned obesity... That's a simple one, too much junk food and too less physical activity. Once the masses will reverse that we will no longer have obesity. Have a look at old photos from the '60s, just random photos, and see how much obesity was at that time...

We have to get back to the basics and "all will be fine".

We have to get back to the basics and "all will be fine".

This is actually exactly what I was talking about in terms of oversimplifying the situation. Look at the world population in the 60s, look at the kinds of jobs available and the compensation provided. Look at all the shit that gets thrown into food these days. It's impossible to go back, we can only go forward.

It's not helpful to say that people should just do the thing.
This is a statistics game.
Statistically the thing will not happen.
Society itself has to be rebuilt from the ground up.
It's a pretty tall order.
I wouldn't even know where to start.

I think we are literally going to need to pay people to get exercise and eat a proper diet.
Such a weird concept but that's where we are headed.

Our bodies haven't evolved that much to adapt to the way of life we are currently engaged in. That's what I mean by getting back to basics.

Ah right so I was just misinterpreting you.
Happens.

Bad English. What can I do...

Good enough English for me to forget that it's a second language.

It's the primary of a couple of second ones ;). If that makes any sense... :))
