How many times do we stop just to give things some 'due consideration' and then come up with all sorts of reasons, negotiations and assurances as to why not to make that move in that moment?
Here we're talking about those key seconds where it's go or no-go.
Taking action (in its various forms) is probably the most important 'skill' we need to cultivate, and Mel and The 5 Second Rule do a great job of bringing awareness and strategy to getting moving…
