Everyone has his own approach to crypto. I didn't know what mine was until a few weeks ago.
We had kind of a troubled relationship during the past couple of years. I was torn between "these are great projects that will have a great future" and "this is a giant bubble and I will go down with it". Still undecided, but I wanted to have some part in it anyway.
What I'm sure of is that I never had the right "timing". Like, never.
I used to say that if someone had built a bot that each day asked me what it should do (buy or sell something) and then do the exact opposite, well, that bot would have a hell of a lot of money right now!
So, as you might guess, trading is not exactly for me. I will not go deeply into the many mistakes I made any time I tried actively trading. Let's just say that I didn't have any education and I didn't have any luck either.
Sometimes I fall for it again. I know it's a mistake, but you know, you see a chart, you think "this is the right time", you think you finally understood how it works and if you just try one more time you will finally take the right chance.
Spoiler alert: you won't.
So, what to do?
At first, I thought my calling was just holding. I mean, if I'm not trading, what else is there? The bad thing is that holding is... boring. That's probably why, even after I realized that was the only thing that I should be doing, I was bad at sticking with my plan.
Then I thought: if investing it's not for me, I could make this a profession! I already work in IT, so it should be quite straightforward! Unfortunately, I'm kind of lazy when it comes to doing "work-related stuff" outside of work. It didn't last long, but maybe sooner or later I will try again.
So, what's the solution?
I may have recently found one that will keep me engaged and keep me from blowing away my entire portfolio: finding ways to earn a passive income.
It may seem predictable, but somehow it wasn't for me.
When I realized this was a thing that I could do, it was pretty clear it was the way for me.
Am I successful at it? Still to be proven.
We will probably find out together, because that's what my posts will be about, at least for now! Maybe I will write about basic stuff that you all already know, but what I would really like to do is draw a path for other people that, like me, are completely unable to trade without losing any money but still would like active ways to increase their holdings.
Also, it's fun, and seeing your assets slowly grow gives you satisfaction!
This is my first time posting here and I'm still not sure how things work, but I think I need an image for my post preview.
So, here's a random Lion King image for your viewing pleasure.

Please do tell, I'm still looking for it too.
I did the most common ones, but it's slow pickings for sure!
