The reason that is is because the price of DEC acts as an automatic dampener. Packs sales surge increases DEC price which slows packs sales due to higher pack prices. If DEC price drops, the cycle repeats again. Just a theory of mine.
That's a good point, although I'm still surprised it hasn't picked up. Maybe my target at 850k was too aggressive and once we get closer to 900k things will move.
