No, this is a game and it's not broadcasted in the Islamic world.

But I know you don't speficially mean this one so...

As for "Islam strictly prohibits any portrayal of humans" part, it depends on which interpretation of the Hadith you follow. (This one isn't in the Qur'an.) Whether it's Halal or Haram (forbidden) is highly debated topic and even if you look it up on Youtube you'll find many viewpoints that try to support their claim.

Portrayal of humans and animals in pictures is generally allowed in most if not all Muslim countries nowadays, though I know people who refuse to partake in any of that.

I stand with the opinion that it's "complicated but allowed under certain conditions." I can link you to my sources but they're in Arabic. Link and Link.

What most of the Muslims agree on, is the portrayal of the Prophets (Muhammand, Jesus, Ibrahim, and so on,) that's 100% Haram according to every scholar I know. Even then, there have been portrayals of some prophets in movies and TV shows by Muslims who disagree with this ruling, though at least in Sunni interpertations, they are wrong.

In short: The portrayal of humans in general is very debated topic.
