People post things online and end up in jail
...I don't think doing so on HIVE will prevent you from going to jail. If people managed to track your username to your real-life identity, you're in a much worse position than if you used Twitter or Facebook.
Give @taskmaster4450le a counter argument on his position that posting on censorship resistant platform makes you less likely to go to prison than posting on popular government controlled social media.

Electronic Frontier Foundation, law enforcement can still track and prosecute individuals, regardless of the platform used.
