Windows 10 Virtual Memory Adjustment
To optimize Windows 10 performance using virtual memory, start by opening the Control Panel, then navigate to System and click on Advanced system settings.
In the Performance Options window, you can adjust visual effects for better performance or proceed to the Advanced tab to modify virtual memory settings. To adjust virtual memory, uncheck the box to automatically manage the paging file size, then set a custom size, with the initial size set to the recommended amount and the maximum size set to one and a half times that amount. After making these changes, restart your computer to apply them.
