I usually reply 6-24 hours after I see the comment because I think what best to reply to them. #procrastination. But unless I completely forgot, I do reply eventually.
Maybe those people get too many comments & can't reply to them all?

It’s really a good idea to come back and check comments on your post after some hours or a day at worst. I do know about procrastinations but I’m talking about those users that doesn’t reply at all. LOL
Oh, I get what you mean. I can't think of a good reason to not reply at all.
