Part 2/10:
Kicking off my journey at the Borough Market in London, I experienced the famed Ginger Pig sausage roll. Known as one of the best sausage rolls in London, I quickly discovered why the queues were so long. The artisans at Ginger Pig craft handmade sausage rolls each morning. For first-timers, the traditional option is recommended, but an enticing spicy lamb sausage roll caught my eye. The pastry is substantial, boasting an impressive 80-75% sausage filling, and the seasoning is impeccable, featuring rosemary, fennel, and black pepper. Although I wished for a tad more spiciness, it was a close-to-perfection indulgence.
