The next morning, Mark ventured to Chania, known for its enchanting Venetian Harbor. A short drive from the harbor brought him to Manousakis Winery. As he discovered the family-run vineyard, Mark learned about the winery's mission to honor their roots while producing excellent wines. A thrilling off-roading experience in a Land Rover took Mark and his companions to the vineyard nestled in the Lefka Ori Mountains, where they reveled in breathtaking views and further indulged in delicious wine tastings paired with a taverna-style feast.
As dinner approached, they returned to Chania and dined at Salis. Here, chef Afshin Molavi wowed them with his culinary creativity, starting with a smoked tuna tartare that set the stage for a memorable dining experience.
