Part 4/8:
No culinary journey through London is complete without a nod to Indian cuisine, which has blossomed in popularity since the 1700s. For our Indian culinary stop, we explored Dishoom, a Bombay-inspired restaurant cherished by locals. The ambiance, coupled with a menu brimming with flavorful offerings at reasonable prices, makes it a must-visit.
The standout dishes we sampled included house chat, paneer tikka, and black dal, a crowd favorite. For non-vegetarians, the chicken ruby is a highly recommended dish. The way these dishes harmonize, combined with naan for dipping, showcases the depth of flavors characteristic of Indian cuisine.
