I love the fingerprint sensor being built into the power button on the side. It's so much faster than an under-screen sensor, especially the one I was using on the LG Wing. However, there are some aspects of the Fairphone 5 that feel outdated.
Lacking modern features
There are no obvious signs of wireless charging, and the nano-SIM and micro-SD slots are under the battery, requiring the phone to be powered down to swap cards. The display has a noticeable yellow tint when viewed off-axis, and the bezels are large and non-uniform.
