YouTube has been a significant part of many people's lives, serving as both a platform for creativity and a way to find community. One creator, Ross, embarked on his YouTube journey over 13 years ago, experiencing the changes and growth that have come with it, both personally and professionally.

The Early Days

Ross’s first encounter with YouTube was during its inception. He recalls being a part of a time when creators were excited to receive just a handful of views. His initial success came when a video unexpectedly garnered over 200 views. Overcome by the fear of judgment from colleagues, he deleted it—a common sentiment for many new creators who grapple with vulnerability in a public space.
