In contemplating the habits of great thinkers like Darwin, Beethoven, and Tesla, one intriguing commonality emerges: their dedication to walking. These intellectual giants utilized walks not merely as a break from work, but as a mental strategy that helped them spark new ideas and tackle significant challenges.
