Part 4/7:

  1. Shift your weight forward onto the left foot to stretch through the front of your right hip.

Seated Spine Rotation for Upper Back Relaxation

Now we will engage in a seated spine rotation stretch.

  1. Cross your left leg over your right, and use your right elbow to gently twist and press against the outside of your left knee.

  2. Hold the position for 30 seconds, feeling the stretch in the upper back, before repeating on the opposite side.
