Part 2/5:
“Can I have 3 Red Bull please?” asks an eager customer, and the cashier responds with a friendly nod before ringing up the sale. But soon, a twist in the narrative is introduced through a confused customer who believes that there are more pumps than exist.
The Confusion
“I’d like to pay for pump 20,” the perplexed individual states, clearly out of touch with the reality of the situation. The cashier's initial confusion turns into concern as he tries to ascertain the man’s state of mind. “We only have 4 pumps, sir,” he explains, leading to an odd confrontation. The customer, perhaps a bit out of sorts, begins to dive deeper into a philosophical rant about materialism and societal control.
