It all began in the early hours of the morning in Stockholm, Sweden, where our adventurer found himself at a crossroads, quite literally without any financial resources. With hunger gnawing at him, he had not eaten in two days and lacked any safety net for shelter. This was the start of a remarkable experiment: to travel over 3,000 miles from Sweden to Scotland within six days, financed solely through creativity and sheer willpower.
His first mission was straightforward yet critical: to secure a place to sleep. After visiting a hostel and negotiating for a discount, he would need to earn 20 Swedish Krona (approximately $2) to secure a bed for the night. The thrill of the challenge was palpable, but the road ahead was uncertain.
