By the 1930s, news of this biological warfare gradually leaks out, catapulting into chaos as entire towns crumble under the alien onslaught. In a series of events reminiscent of the Chernobyl disaster, the Soviet Union attempts to mask the severity of the invasion until it escalates into a massive takeover in 1949, culminating in the downfall of Europe within weeks. By 1950, the remnants of humanity, including Britain, fall victim to the Chimera invasion.
Just as cleverly crafted narratives of history intertwine with horror, the game weaves a rich tapestry of characters and encounters, including our main protagonist, Sergeant Nathan Hale, who emerges as America’s unlikely hero amid this pandemonium.
