Afternoon Routine

Afternoon Stretching Techniques
- PNF Stretching: The key highlight of this afternoon session is Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, applied specifically to the straddle stretch. After holding the stretch for ten seconds, Lucas lightly contracts the stretch for seven seconds, followed by relaxation, allowing him to push deeper into the stretch.
