Another appealing aspect of the S&P is its simplicity and passiveness. Unlike real estate or other asset types, I can easily track my net worth and liquidity. The ability to convert my investments into cash swiftly provides a level of security I appreciate. In contrast, real estate can be riddled with uncertainties regarding valuations and timeframes for selling.
While many consider real estate as a lucrative path to wealth—factoring in that a significant number of millionaires are made through this avenue—my inclination lies with stocks due to their straightforward nature and lower barriers to entry.
