Upon completing the 75 Hard Challenge, results were quantitatively assessed at a wellness clinic once more. The final body fat percentage dropped from 18.8% to 13.9%, while muscle mass improved significantly. The VO2 max score increased to 50.4, fitting into the excellent category.
Progress pictures illustrated a noticeable transformation, affirming that while the challenge focused on mental and physical resilience rather than pure aesthetics, a change had undeniably occurred.
