“I started logging everything I was doing,” he shares. By compartmentalizing tasks into daily, weekly, or monthly categories, Marshall was able to identify which responsibilities could be handed off to others. He also recommends creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by recording tasks as you complete them, which can then be shared with your new hires.
