The Archer’s Combat Experience and Challenges
Despite its impressive capabilities, the Archer has faced hurdles in Ukraine. The training required to operate this sophisticated system is steep. Ukrainian crews underwent intensive two-month training in Sweden, which, while effective, resulted in a shortage of trained personnel. If any crew members are unavailable due to illness, it can impact operational capabilities. Maintenance also poses challenges, as the system's complexity requires specialized knowledge.
