A significant insight during my transition was differentiating between an information gap and an execution gap. For those new to a domain, the first hurdle lies in acquiring knowledge. However, after a certain point, the challenge can shift to actually executing what one already knows.
I realized that I had a wealth of information but needed systematic practices to put theories and ideas into action. This revelation sparked a series of small experiments to gain experience and thus avoid overwhelm, illustrating that progress often lies in consistent, less perfectionist methods rather than grand, flawless plans.
