The first big task was generating ideas for a software product. Influenced by interactions within a YouTube-centric community, the developer designed a YouTube thumbnail comparison tool. Initial feedback was positive, but it quickly became apparent that creating a product without a monetization strategy is futile. After converting the tool into a paid version, only one customer showed interest, yielding a meager revenue of $29. Disheartened but undeterred, the developer resolved to persist.
Next came Vlog Rank, a tool aimed at daily vloggers—a project completed in just five days. Unfortunately, marketing proved to be a significant challenge, resulting in virtually no traction.
