I persevered through days of sore muscles and sugar cravings. My routine became my new normal. I tracked my meals meticulously using an app and ensured I hit my protein goals while limiting my calorie intake. After 30 days of relentless effort, I was ecstatic to discover I had lost weight and drastically decreased my body fat, reducing it from 19.8% to 16.8%. This progress fueled my determination to push even harder in the second half of the challenge.
