The Beginning of Eddie's Training Regimen
In the early stages of his transformation, Eddie began training intensely six days a week. His first training sessions were incredibly challenging, and the effort pushed him to his physical limits. The initial indicators of progress showed that while his body fat was too high, his muscle mass was too low—a common issue for individuals with Eddie's starting point.
