At a moment of clarity, he recognized the unsustainable nature of maintaining such a low body fat percentage as a natural lifter. The ideal portrayed by social media—where shredded physiques are often glamorized—does not reflect the lived experience and sacrifices behind them.
This led to a shift in perspective. Rather than aiming to remain perpetually shredded, the individual embraced a healthier standard around 12% to 15% body fat, which could be sustained year-round.
