Since spot fat loss isn't possible, focus should shift towards building muscle in the areas of concern. Building muscle does not directly burn fat in those areas faster, but it improves the appearance of those regions as overall body fat decreases.
For example, if you’re struggling with belly fat, abdominal exercises won't directly reduce fat but will help define your core. If you want to strengthen your legs, focus on leg workouts, which will make them appear toned as fat is lost from the body.
Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as a targeted workout for face fat—just keep up with your overall fat loss efforts.
