Adjacent to the museum is a diner, which has its own share of eerie tales. Barb, who manages the diner, describes experiences of being touched and seeing shadows as she washes dishes alone at night. The oppressive atmosphere in the kitchen is palpable, especially when traversing the area where the equipment is housed. Both Steve and Barb express a common unease and recognition of the historical significance of the buildings, which have served numerous functions over the decades.
