As Changho navigates through treacherous waters, he finds himself swept into a deadly intersection of crime and power. Initially reluctant, Changho is persuaded to act as a pawn in the mayor's scheme to frame corrupt officials for murder, engaging him deeply in a web of criminal activity. He investigates the suspects and comes across incriminating evidence—the dashboard footage of a murder captured on a camera linked with his own life.
With mounting pressures from all sides—from his enraged wife to the looming threat of the law—Changho is thrust into becoming the very criminal he once despised. An accidental discovery leads to his wrongful arrest on drug-related charges, and as he becomes embroiled in the infamous "Big Mouse" case, the lines between victim and perpetrator blur.
