The movie begins with Kent, a man being pursued by three ruthless cowboys named Ketchum, Stillwell, and Dugan. As Kent runs, it becomes evident that his fate is sealed when he is shot and captured. Ketchum demands information about Kent's friend, and in a moment of desperation, Kent attempts to divulge what he knows. However, his pleas go unheard as Ketchum executes him in cold blood, setting a tone of brutality that permeates the film.
