As the scene shifts, tension mounts between two rival gangster groups, led by Lan Chong and a senior gangster named Ming. Ming confronts Lan Chong over an unapproved gambling den established in his territory, leading to a violent clash. Amidst the chaos, police officer Song High arrives with his partner, Ji Yong, to intervene. In a twist of fate, the gangsters momentarily unite against the police, but their resistance is short-lived as the officers successfully arrest them. Little do they know, a more cunning enemy awaits: the trio of siblings now in possession of a massive sum of new currency.
