In the 22nd century, the medical rescue ship Nightingale embarks on its routine patrol through the vastness of space, encountering the extraordinary and unexpected along the way. The crew includes Benjamin, a laid-back officer struggling to catch some rest, Yerzy and Danika, who share a more intimate connection, and the ship's Captain, Marley, who immerses himself in a whimsical analysis of classic cartoons like Tom and Jerry. Unbeknownst to them, the calm of their duty is about to be shattered.
