Part 2/9:
After receiving orders to join the crew of the Lewis and Clark for a classified mission, Weir is met with resistance from the crew, who are eager to return home after a long journey. Tensions run high as Weir attempts to integrate into the team, sensing animosity from Captain Miller. After settling in, Weir is put into cryogenic sleep, but not before showcasing glimpses of his shattered psyche.
Fifty-six days later, Weir awakens, only to find himself confronted by the phantom voice of Claire, which plunges him deeper into his trauma. The increasingly erratic nature of his visions foreshadows the unraveling sanity that will soon grip him and his crew.
