Part 2/9:
Miles, desperate for cover, finds himself in a crumbling building, but his moment of respite is short-lived. He soon becomes a victim of the violence surrounding him, getting shot in the stomach. As he lays bleeding, his world flips upside down when he encounters surreal phenomena—a mysterious aircraft shines a light on him, and everything fades to darkness.
Once consciousness returns, he awakes in an enigmatic, windowless room, suffocated by gray walls that whisper ominous directives like "abandon" and "save the sinner’s soul." Pain radiates from his wound, and his mental state begins to fray as he contemplates whether he has become a ghost in this warped reality. The environment amplifies his sense of isolation and dread, with sweat boiling off him and paranoia taking root.
