Part 5/11:
In her plight, Mina eventually encounters a dilapidated building—"the Coop," a refuge for others lost like her, including the old woman Madeline, and fellow survivors Ciara and Daniel. As night descends, they inform Mina of the forest's dark inhabitants—creatures known as "the Watchers," who passively observe humans during the night. They explain the rules of survival: to never turn their backs to the mirror, avoid opening the door after dark, and to remain in the light.
With suspense gradually escalating, Mina grapples with her sanity and memories of her mother, ultimately discovering that each survivor has their own traumatic past intertwined with the haunting whispers of the forest.
