Part 2/9:
As the world grapples with the emergence of a deadly virus, Mers-22, fears of future uncertainties plague society. On Christmas, both George and Sarah fall ill and visit a hospital, only to find it overcrowded and chaotic. The following day signals an unexplainable phenomenon: George wakes up to find it is July 1st once more, without any recollection of the events from the previous day. Confused and troubled, George attempts to convince Sarah about the time loop, but she dismisses his claims as eccentric.
