As the sun rises on the following day, Herrington High is no longer a typical school. The students are rife with mischief and illicit activities, including Zeke, who's seen dealing drugs from his car. The newly transferred student, Marybeth, grapples with her social acceptance amidst bullying and isolation. In stark contrast, Stan is torn between his responsibilities as a football player and his burgeoning academic ambitions, creating rifts in his relationship with his cheerleader girlfriend Delilah.
Students engage in their regular routines, but underlying this norm lies a growing tension initiated by unexplained occurrences. Stan finds himself witnessing strange behavior among faculty members and increasingly frantic actions by Coach Willis, raising numerous alarms among the student body.
