The plot thickens as Isaac attempts to share his experiences. He struggles for validation in a very skeptical world filled with trolls and skeptics, which takes a toll on his mental state. Nevertheless, he perseveres, seeking out others with similar experiences, ultimately leading him to Sarah, a self-identified fellow abductee who shares a traumatic past of her own.
As they piece together their shared histories, they unveil a connection to the 1979 abduction case of Carl, a lumberjack turned informant who has been translating alien signals. Meanwhile, Isaac and Sarah discover that they are not alone; they are pursued by the International Space Research Program (I.S.R.P.) under the command of the enigmatic Agent Graves, who knows more than he lets on.
