Part 2/8:
The story kicks off dramatically, with a blonde woman—our protagonist, Prairie—stumbling into a perilous situation on a bridge before attempting to take her own life. Luckily, she awakens in a hospital, but a cloud of mystery envelops her as she appears disoriented and refuses to share her past. While she asserts her identity as "the O.A.," or "Original Angel," her adoptive parents, Nancy and Abel, rush to her side revealing that her real name is Prairie and that she has been missing for seven long years.
Upon returning home, Prairie is met with both excitement and trepidation as she becomes known as the "Michigan Miracle." Caught between joy and confusion, she grapples with the sudden change in her existence and unsettling connections to her past.
