Investigating their surroundings, they discover a hidden autopsy room and devise plans to break through obstacles, but realization dawns that the facility is fortified against such attempts.
Faced with traitorous alliances, Ray and Vanessa's scheme to drug Amir backfires tragically, leading to Vanessa's gruesome death. Following her demise, motivation to escape dwindles further, spawning outright aggression against Amir as accusations of sabotage surface.
