The Dangers of Neglect: A Night at the Pool
In a local public pool, manager McGradey prepares to close the facility for the holiday weekend. As he posts signs to inform swimmers of the closure, the atmosphere teems with carefree laughter and splashes. One patron, Bree, savors her time in the water but is reminded to check her blood glucose levels before continuing her fun.
Meanwhile, in a secluded corner of the pool area, the janitor Clara is caught attempting to steal from lost wallets in the lost and found, leading to her firing. Regardless, McGradey surprises himself by allowing her to finish the day's shift, albeit under a cloud of regret.
