The film introduces Kyung-mi, a deaf woman working in customer service, who faces the challenges of rudeness from customers and isolation at work. Despite her struggles, she maintains a close and loving relationship with her mother, with dreams of a beach vacation together. Simultaneously, Seo-jung, the younger sister of a security guard, battles her overprotective brother's instincts as she seeks to enjoy her freedom on a date.
The two women’s paths inevitably converge when Do-shik sets his sights on new victims. As the narrative unfolds, it becomes evident how circumstances will intertwine their fates in horrifying ways.
