As tensions rise during dinner, amid disagreements and hurt feelings, it is revealed that Dawn has fled the house, shaken by the magnitude of their decision.
The Arrival of DOCS
Shortly after, DOCS representatives arrive at the villa earlier than scheduled, wanting to proceed with the euthanasia. However, Charles is adamant about postponing the procedure. Upon reviewing the cancellation paperwork, he discovers chilling implications regarding the community’s societal classes and decides to move forward with the euthanasia, leaving his children aghast.
