The new draconian law spearheaded by conservative Governor Finn Harper targets not only illegal immigrants but also their children, regardless of their American birthright. This sudden shift throws JP and many others into a chaotic state. Separated from his family, JP is placed in a camp with other youths awaiting a resolution. In a bid to regain normalcy, he joins a suspicious community service program, leading him to an elder care facility, where the true horror of their situation gradually becomes clear.
