A fierce confrontation takes place amid the chaos, with Mangil demonstrating his superhuman abilities and the girls desperately trying to escape. Finally, in a breathtaking resolution, Sohui successfully administers the antidote as the story culminates dramatically with Mangil’s demise.

A New Beginning

The film closes a year later with Sohui, Sarah, and Yang-sun enjoying their newfound freedom from the strains of their tumultuous experiences. They have resolved to live independently and cherish each other's company, leaving behind the peril that Mangil brought into their lives. Dr. Jang enters the scene, fully recovered and bringing flowers—a subtle hint at a budding friendship, if not romance.
