The film opens with an exuberant atmosphere at a house party, a scene typical for best friends Jonah, Stevie, and Gus who have settled into a recurring routine of hosting parties at Jonah's home to support themselves financially. As the night progresses, an unexpected power outage brings the festivities to a halt. In their quest to restore electricity, the friends uncover that they haven’t paid the electrical bill for three months. To reinstate the party, Jonah makes a questionable deal with their arrogant neighbor, Silvio, securing the needed funds through donations from partygoers.
